Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, our Products are made to order, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site may vary. The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site. All Products shown on our site are subject to availability.
We handle Most allergens in our kitchen (celery, Gluten containing foods, Crustaceans, egg, fish, lupin, milk, Molluscs, mustard, nuts, sesame seeds, soya, sulphur dioxide). Although we do take care with keeping our meals separated they could be cross contaminated in any of our meals at any time. We advise if you have any serious allergies to these groups of foods please do not order as your health will most defiantly be at risk. All of our meals contain an ingredients list which can be found on within our website. At halliday we batch cook our healthy meals so cannot cater to specific dietary requirements, it is at the customers liability to check the ingredients prior to ordering.
Macros information is approximate calculation and may vary slightly. Our meals are in no way associated with slimming world and if we give a SV (sin value) this is an approx counted value for you to use at your own lesuire.

The Hallidays process
When ordering on the Hallidays website we will always take reasonable care of your personal details and security. We cannot however be held liable for any third party unauthorised access to your personal details and any other data you may have used on our website. When ordering on our website, an electronic contract is created. You place the order for the products you have instructed that you require by pressing the confirm button at the end of the checkout process.You will be navigated through the website following a series of simple instructions. After you have confirmed an order at the end of the process you will receive an e-mail confirming all of the order details.
If you see an error on the order details then you must Contact Us immediately on 07470339444. Once your product has been shipped you will be notified via an e-mail from our despatch team. Acceptance of your order and completion of our contract will be formed when we despatch your order to you. This could change if we do not accept the order from you. In this case you will be notified.There are a few reasons that Halliday may not be able to fulfil your order these are there following,
- If the item is out of stock.
- Inability to authorise the payment from the details you provided us with.
- Product pricing or a descriptive error.
- Not meeting the eligibility that complies with our terms and conditions.
Hallidays reserves the right to contact customer client base via email, call, text message or social media. All content included on this interactive service, such as text graphics, button icons, images and software, is our property and is protected by UK and European copyright laws.
The prices that you see on our website include VAT. We will always aim to keep our prices up to date. We understand that errors may occur on our website, in this case we will aim to correct the mistake as soon as possible.
Meal prices, delivery charges, delivery days & delivery times may change or vary at any time at our discretion. These changes will be clearly visible on our website.
All our current delivery routes can be viewed on our “shipping” section of our website. If you live out-with these areas and would like an order then your delivery will be fulfilled by our chosen courier service DPD. All food and orders are delivered by ourselves on the dates stated on our website. If it is an order outwit our normal delivery routes we will use a selected distributor and dates & times will be stated when ordering. We advise you to ensure somebody be present at the delivery address. Goods will not be left at the delivery address if there is no one to receive them, unless alternative arrangements have been made with us. The delivery days & times are specified in the “Shipping” section of the hallidays website. The order will be delivered to the address that you specified. If you made an error in the address it is your responsibility to get in touch with us and notify us of the correct delivery address at least 2 days prior to your delivery day stated in the “Shipping” section of our website.
If the situation occurs where the products are incomplete or are of bad quality then you must notify us immediately when you receive the products.
As our products are perishable It is your responsibility to make sure that a person is present on the day of delivery. If this is not the scenario then it will be your responsibility to contact us with details of a neighbour you wish to leave your foods with the day prior to your delivery day stated in the "shipping" section of our website. If no alternative address as been agreed with us and our driver cannot deliver the foods, we will have no option but to dispose of the foods for health and safety reasons.
If you instruct Hallidays that you would like your delivery to be left in a safe place outside your address, or other location, then we will cease to have any liability to the products that have been left once our driver has delivered your product.
We aim to fulfil your order within the delivery timescales provided in the “Shipping” section of our website, unless there are exceptional circumstances or travel issues.
It is your responsibility to ensure food is stored, handled and reheated correctly according to food safety regulations. Hallidays will not hold any responsibility for any meal after it has been delivered. All foods must be consumed by 72 hours after delivery date or by “use by date” stated on packaging. If home freezing our meals we suggest freezing them on the day you receive them. The meal must be stored in a freezer between -18 / -21 degrees celcius and kept in the freezer for no longer than 30 days. if freezing our products you must defrost your meal fully, overnight in the refrigerator before reheating and consuming the following day.
When using the Hallidays website, an internet connection is required to gain access to the website. If any other costs are caused as a result of internet connectivity through third party companies, we will not be held responsible for such costs.
All risks associated with the internet are not of any responsibility of the Hallidays website. Although we try to make sure that all of the content on our website is correct, sometimes this may not be the case. We do not hold responsibility. We will always try our best to make sure the content on the website is correct and accurate at the present date. If this is not the reality then we will try to correct this as soon as we are notified. In connection with this we would like to state that we are not liable with any of the following:
•If the website is incompatible with your device.
•Technical errors that may occur, such as: Interruptions and faults.
•Unreliable, unsuitable or inaccurate website content.
•The website not being able to meet your demand.
The contract between us is made when we despatch our product to you as this is when you will be charged and will be when we have confirmed we can meet your requirements regarding the offer.
